WoM – Pandemic Christmas Edition: Holiday Hopper
Tonight we are back into creamy cocktails. It is a bit of theme for Christmas cocktails. Tonight’s color: Green. With the mint and raspberry garnish, it makes for a very pretty drink, if you can prevent the mint and the raspberry from sinking.
Holiday Hopper
- 1 ounce melon liqueur (Midori)
- ½ ounce crème de menthe (green)
- ½ ounce crème de cacao (white)
- 2 ounces half and half
- Garnish: 2 mint leaves
- Garnish: raspberry
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour the melon liqueur, crème de menthe, crème de cacao, and half-and-half.
- Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with mint leaves and a raspberry.
